You're going to have to do some digging. As far as I know, there is no single compilation of national county results before 1920 (America at the Polls covers everything after that).

I'm fairly lucky- there's a book compiled by the Oregon Historical Society at the library that includes all Oregon results going back to 1860, including returns for Senate, House, and Governor.
