The Conservative pollsters underestimate how important a Democrat appointee is needed in Roberts Crt. CLINTON, not Sanders is stronger in that regard as a female.

A conservative appointee just applies the law, he doesnt strike down precedent like Civil Rights or involuntary servitude, but on cases like redistricting or voting rights act, the 14th Amendment has no precedent. And equlity of voting doesnt apply.
