Bushie is right here - there's no reason for an Oklahoma Christian to vote for a committed socialist. I'm not religious but there's a good case to be made for not voting for an atheist.

Sanders is the perfect candidate for Oklahoma. A white man.

Oklahomans don't like socialists...

Jesus dick dude do you have any ability for critical thought?

7th grade History > America good!  > Socialism bad! > Sanders Bad! > EVERYONE THINK BAD!

But somehow I think it's something else you dont like about him

What is your problem?  Just because I don't like socialism, doesn't mean I can't think critically.  Socialism is a godless form of government and is not what our forefathers intended.

Exactly why you would never accept socialist benefits like free health care right?

Can't believe you didn't play the obvious angle I just played, Red!  You're more qualified!  Dont leave it to the heathen.

I was on my phone at the time and kind of forgot. But yeah Bushie should go explain how socialism is "godless" to my church seeing as how it was the support for Sanders that flipped me to supporting him.

Your church is godless too.

Seriously Bushie you should think for yourself for once instead of regurgitating crap people at your church tell you.

Well I think this will be interesting...despite the drama the New Jersey clown up the thread is interjecting... If Oklahoma went for Bernie it would certainly "crack" open the possibility of Kentucky I think for Bernie.

Well, OK is interesting... but can we PLEASE get something serious from NV and SC?

That would be nice.  I'm sure as Morden alluded to we'll get a deluge of polls in the coming days.  We may also get some more Super Tuesday polls trickling in like this one.

Yeah, the "clown" and I go way back for almost a decade.  We ride each other hard and we agree on virtually nothing, but we're cool cats.

EDIT:  I've been the class clown my fair share as well.  Smiley

This is not a thread about me.  You have made it a thread about me.  This thread is about Oklahoma.

1. No.  Someone who injects their religion as much as you do into everything who thens contradicts said religion by calling a political position in agreement with that religion "godless"... well, such idiocy must be called out in the name of good debate.  Don't you want me to give you my "A" game?

2. What makes you the spokesman of Oklahoma?

3. What did Mommy say your opinion is, young man!?

1.  You are comparing heaven and earth.  Apples and oranges.  Of course, socialism works in heaven where everything works perfectly run by Almighty God.  There is no government on earth that are run by imperfect, sinful human beings that can run socialism properly and therefore it should not be attempted by people in any country.  It always fails because everybody's hard-earned wealth is redistributed.  Now, I don't know if full socialism is the same as democratic socialism, so I can't say if that is Bernie's ideas.  I'm not going to put ideas in his head that may not be there.  I'm just sharing with you what I have studied in school and in my own time.

2.  I never said I was the spokesman of Oklahoma, I was giving a general statement about deep red Oklahoma.  I understand people like Maxwell may think differently and I appreciate that.

3.  Don't talk down to me.

That's ripe coming from you.

At least my taxes didn't go up when accepting this Indian Health Care.  Bernie wants to raise everybody's taxes to pay for the free healthcare, so it's not really free.  Nor is the education or anything else he's proposing.  Socialism is not the free programs, it is the shared responsibility.

Right.  Being 1/32nd Injun and mooching off their health care doesn't cost anyone anything, right?

That's enough talk about me.  This is not another one of "those" threads.  Seriously, this is supposed to be about Oklahoma demographics, not a single Oklahoman.

How should I know what was on the dinner table of the nearly 3.8 million residents who call Oklahoma home?

Are the Oklahoma Democrats allowed to vote for "uncommitted"?
Or does a skip of the presidential ballot count as such?

If so, the Oklahoma Democratic primary could become extremely interesting...

Probably.  Braum's is the premiere OK eatery for good ol' fashioned, down-home, from-the-heart country cookin'.  After Cracker Barrel, of course.

I wonder if any On the Border consumption took place? Of course I'm sure none was made by those Okies supporting Mr. DONALD J. TRUMP.

Hey Bushie, who pays for your Indian health care if not the government? Why do you deserve free health care but no one else?

Bushie's ignorance on the relationship of Indian tribes to the federal government is hilarious. Where do THEY get the money from to fund their health services? And no, it's not those casinos. Anyone who seriously thinks that tribes are raking in tons of dough from the casinos and that a non-negligible portion of the profits from them goes to anyone but tribal leaders and their cronies needs to actually visit a Reservation for oooh, a couple hours.

The only reason why most people even have HOUSING on Reservations is the support of the federal government, which either owns the houses and rents them at dirt cheap prices, such as the around $250/month my parents paid for a 4-bedroom house*, or subsidizes the hell out of the tribal-owned ones so the tribe can rent them dirt cheap because any actual market price would be way unaffordable for the vast majority of people on Reservations.

*This was in the 80s/early 90s, in today's dollars it ends up being around $450-$550/month. That's still cheaper than what I pay for a tiny studio apartment.

Understandable that there are many undecideds on the DEM side.

The mostly conservative OK Dems are likely having a hard time choosing between a Social Democrat like Bernie and a lying, deceiving broad like Hillary ...

Nobody has answered my questions yet:

Or does a skip of the presidential ballot count as such?

There is no option in Oklahoma. Most conservadems have died/re-registered anyway. And anyone not happy with either candidate will likely just not vote.

Still an awful lot of them, looking at registration statistics.  Republicans barely outnumber Dems in OK.
