Well I think in such differences it should be pretty clear. I think it's safe to say that South Korea (2,2) is more free than North Korea (7,7)

Most ancestors of the Afrikaner came to Africa in the 17th century which is before most Americans' ancestors came here. So they're not indigenous, but they're definately African, otherwise I'm not American (most of my ancestors didn't come to the US until almost the 20th century or right at the turn)

The Afrikaners didn't come there originally as that though. They actually got along very well with the blacks for quite some time and were allies when they battled the British imperialism.

Only the black Sudanese are Africans.. their Muslim overlords are Arabs.  Ethiopians?  They look black to me.

Like I pointed out though, the Afrikaners really have more of a claim to being African than most Americans (by that I mean basically anyone in the Western Hemisphere) have to being North or South American. Almost every person in the Western Hemisphere of European ancestry's ancestors came here after the Afrikaners originally came to Africa.
