I already know who's going to win, but still curious to see the responses. 

As for me, definitely China, but I have a strong affinity for Korea as well.  And Japan, well, I just can't bring myself to hate them.  Tongue

Ive been to all three.  All were really amazing for different reasons.

Japan, followed by China.  Nothing against Korea, though; I just like them more.

Japan would have to be first for anime and manga, plus their ability to appropriate just about any culture they want.

Easily Japan.. I love the culture, the food, and so many other things. I'd love to learn the language as well. I'd place it in the top 5 countries I'd most like to live in around the world.
