Polls in states where elections are held after New Hampshire are kind of useless, since the momentum will go towards the person who does better in Iowa and New Hampshire. Thus, even though I do not doubt the accuracy of PPP polls, things in Ohio are very susceptible to change, depending on how things developed in early states.

Sanders is going to get to 40% here yes but Ohio is too difficult of a state for him to win. He is better off concentrating on Rhode Island or Oregon than Ohio. At this point it is a "push Clinton as much to the left as possible campaign."

There isn't one as this was a one-off for the Ohio Democratic Party.
