Cruz vs. Trump - Most Likely Nominee

Now that a FOX poll actually has him beating Trump in Iowa, it looks like Cruz may actually be our new frontrunner. Thoughts?

If Cruz can win convincingly enough in Iowa and South Carolina (which appears very likely) then he's in a great position to go into Super Tuesday with enough momentum to win most of those states.  Trumps path to the nomination has a lot more possible issues and at this point I have to think that it's basically hinging on his performance in New Hampshire, and I have far more doubt about Trump winning New Hampshire comfortably than Cruz winning Iowa comfortably.

Trump is in pure raw terms the most likely candidate but that's only because its uncertain whether he's last standing opponent will be Cruz, Rubio, or (just possibly) Christie.
