A few weeks ago I was really bullish on Rubio, but now he seems to have stalled, and, if anything, is regressing in the polls while Trump looks ever more invincible. It looks like Cruz is probably going to win Iowa, so Rubio basically has to win New Hampshire, especially with the southern-heavy Super Tuesday coming up. Unfortunately for him, he seems to have made no headway in NH, and the other "establishment" figures don't seem to want to drop out.

I guess, maybe, Trump, Cruz, Rubio.

Trump, Cruz, and Rubio in that order -though I would not be averse to putting Cruz in first place if he holds on to his lead in Iowa long enough to win the caucuses in that state decisively.

Given the surly anti-establishment mood among the Republican grassroots and Rubio's apparent absence of a ground game, I think it highly unlikely he will win the nomination, though he stands a much better chance than his other establishment counterparts.
