Speech that furthers the commission of crimes is not free speech. One does not have the right to say "This is a stickup. Put the money in this duffel bag and nobody gets hurt" while in a bank. (Of course it would be acceptable in a screenplay in a simulated bank).

Terrorism and genocide are crimes.
