You were right about the next line of attack Clarko!! Kudos, but Trump does is better. No shame in 2nd to Trump.

.@Mayor_Nutter of Philadelphia, who is doing a terrible job, should be ashamed for using such a disgusting word in referring to me.Low life!

For the record, Philadelphians, especially the African-Americans, despise Mayor Nutter and he is often booed. Genius move to get traction in a beautiful swingstate seeing as he will be coming here to get their votes soon. Can't wait for the Street endorsement. The crowds will LOVE it. Between this and the urban California poll results, I'm liking his chances.

Not so, Michael Nutters' approval ratings have actually increased quite a fair bit from his low point. This is an article that was written and published just before this incident: https://billypenn.com/2015/12/02/mayor-michael-nutters-legacy-a-performance-review-from-friends-and-critics/

On his cursing:
Michael Nutter is not afraid to curse.

In the last eight years, the mayor has cursed in public. He’s cursed during press conferences. In just his first year in office, he talked about two alleged criminals by saying “I would kick their ass myself.”

On his approval ratings:
For the problems, he had a 52 percent approval rating from Philadelphians in the last unbiased poll taken about him.

The article also points out that while there were many people who disliked him (it mentions he was booed once when he appeared once at a speech given by President Obama, but did so in the context of an earlier poll that had the much lower poll numbers) and mentioned that he had many failures in office, it also said that he had many successes.

I don't know if Nutter's approval ratings have gone up with African Americans, but I know that just as with everything else about Trump, for all but his pathetic loser supporters his 'I'm the real victim' act is beyond tired and that vile scumbag is the last person with any right to complain about anybody using a disgusting word.

Yes, yes, I am aware of the improvement, the Pope somehow helped him out, but I am hopeful he will decline again eventually.

In so far as he'll be out of office in 5 weeks, I don't think that's going to happen. Also, I'm pretty sure his approval ratings started going up again long before the Pope's visit.  Maybe his getting the Pope to visit helped his numbers, but I doubt that alone would explain the increase in his approval ratings.
