Interesting quote from Bush in 1999 to the Houston Chronicle
MissCatholic:
"Victory means exit strategy, and it's important for the president to explain to us what the exit strategy is."
regarding Kosovo, Houston Chronicle April 9, 1999
So Mr.Bush - exit strategy in Iraq is....
Moooooo:
Im actually tired of hearing about the lack of exit strategy. The President has one... Get the f!#@ out when the mission is over and the Iraqis can adequately protect themselves. We're obviously not there, yet.
MissCatholic:
But he is playing with words.
If i lend you my lawnmower and i tell that there will be serious consequences if it comes back damage. you might think, oh thats just given her money for the cost of the damage. while i could think serious consequences is putting a bullet into your head. Might sound extreme to you. but serious consequences means differents things.
So when Bush says we go when they adequately trained to what....they can fight off an invasion from Iran, they can protect the people from terrorists?
its all vague words which different people can interprete to mean different things.
True Federalist (진정한 연방 주의자):
Our problems in Iraq have nothing to do with our lack of an exit strategy and everything to do with our lack of an entry strategy.

Actually, entry was the best strategized part. Occupation strategy on the other hand was what was lacking.
