Hillary, if Sanders is just barely below a majority then him. If Hillary is indicted and Sanders dies or something, then the first pick would be Biden, followed by one of the old DNC chairs (Kaine/McAuliffe/Dean) if he doesn't want it for some reason.

Biden.  The only way a brokered convention happens now is if something causes Hillary to leave the race after having secured enough delegates to win but before the convention takes place.
