I was watching c-span and realized the congress and senate have more bad combovers per person than anywhere else on the planet.
Who has the worst?

No, no, no, no... that award goes to Brian Sedgemore. I still think the LibDems using his ugly mug for propaganda purposes cost them at least 12 seats.

Byron Dorgan has the best (or worst) combover, depending on your perspective. It looks like he has a full head of hair in the front, but he's totally bald in the back.
