The most interesting thing I learned here is how Carson is targeting majority black Congressional districts in the South:

As I've said before, most states on the GOP side allocate an equal number of delegates to every CD.  So it seems like if you can find districts that you can win with just 10,000 votes rather than 50,000, you're in good shape...provided that there are people in that district who will actually vote for you.
