LOL at the moderators taking random tweets from Twitter to bash Hillary. Their being in the tank against her is seriously cringeworthy. At least TRY to hide your bias.

The media wants a competitive democratic primary, and everyone is perfectly aware of that. No sense in trying to hide something everyone figured out very early on.

Hillary is the front-runner and perceived inevitable candidate so it makes sense for them to be tougher on her. And she is used to it. Remember the SNL parody back in 2008? "Senator Obama, are you comfortable? Can we get you a pillow?"

CNN asked tough questions to Hillary, but they also asked them to the other candidates. It seemed fair overall. This "debate" has just been a Hillary bash session prompted by the moderators. The other two have basically gotten "here's your opening to attack Hillary!" formed in the phrase of "questions".

Maybe I'm wrong though. Perhaps we'll see the "why are you a tough on crime fascist, Martin O'Malley?" or " "Why are you a Stalinist gulag lover, Sanders?" tweets from the deranged minds on Twitter. Roll Eyes

This is painfully boring.

We've been spoiled by the Jerry Springer GOP debates...I'm almost wishing we still had Chafee and Webb up there for comic relief.

+1. This is a snooze fest.

Interesting though, both the GOP and Democratic Debates bring up Eisenhower. Sanders' Ike's tax rate, Trump brought up Ike's immigration policies. We like Ike?

Ike is the most recent president that isn't strongly associated with a particular modern ideology.

So I've just watched this vaguely. Who's winning?

It's hard to come up with a credible defence against the line of attack that says "Hillary has more Wall Street donations so they must have her eating out of the palm of their hands." I guess I'd say something like, "I have donations coming from all sorts of people; most are from Middle-Class Americans, and I'm very proud that so many of my donors are women. That being said, I admit that I do have a significant number of contributions come from people on Wall Street. Through the years, I've generally seen that Wall Street likes to put their money behind who they think is going to win. I'm very fortunate that my campaign has had a groundswell of support from people everywhere and, you know, we're doing pretty well. The message is resonating. I imagine Wall Street wants a piece of this, but I can assure everyone that I owe them nothing; my debt is to the American people."

It is interesting that Eisenhower got name checked in both a GOP and a Dem debate within days of eachother.

Clinton is winning narrowly. Sanders has the 2nd place spot.

Someone didn't get the joke...

CNN ran multiple stories about this farce in the weeks leading up to the election.

Nice pivot from Sanders on the e-mail. He's been doing a great job since the foreign policy section ended. Even taking into account the moderator's extreme anti-Hillary bias I'd say he's winning this so far.

Overall Clinton is probably doing slightly best, though these later sections are definitely better for Sanders.

O'Malley just seems too robotic and rehearsed. He makes Hillary look like an improv comic.

Really? Hillary is doing pretty good imo, better than Sanders definitely
