Hopefully, you refer to TR and Taft because Wilson simply was a failure and not "good" in any way.

I'm pretty divded about Wilson. I like the fact that he introduced child labor laws and granted women suffrage (though it didn't go into effect until Harding), but I can't stand that he introduced the espionage act of 1917 and the followers.
