With unanimous approval, I hereby approve this constitutional amendment.

Legislators, we currently do not have any legislation ready to be introduced. I will work on writing some legislation over the weekend and I encourage all of you to do so as well - I would recommend taking a look at what other regions have done and modeling it for our region. If you run into any issues or have questions on how to format legislation, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

With our session wrapping up at the end of the month, I encourage legislators to introduce any legislation they would like to see passed and also declare their intent to run for reelection, if you so choose.

Welcome, new legislators!

To start things out, I am sadly taking away one of our members: I hereby appoint Carpetbagger to the Midwest Regional Senate Seat. Members have 24 hours to object to the nomination, if not, he will be confirmed.

This is pretty simple:  killing innocent children in the womb is wrong.  We have a moral responsibility to stop abortion from occurring as a nation.

Are you or are you not pro-life, Governor? I'm confused.

This shall guarantee that, with our current activity lull occurring before consolidation, the regional senator (myself) can open voting booths if the Governor doesn't log on in time. Please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

I hereby appoint Snowguy to the Midwest Legislative Assembly. In an effort to run things by the book, I have contacted CELTICEMPIRE, the only member of the Legislature, to come in here and confirm him.

Glad to see there's some interest in here! I've had a busy weekend but hopefully we can get moving soon.

I will continue to serve as presiding officer unless someone else would like to assume the rule. If you have any ideas for legislation, please contact me and I can help you write it!

Based on a bill introduced in the Mideast. 72 hours for discussion. As always, I encourage you all to consider writing your own legislation! You can model it off of what other regions are doing.

I guess my question would be about the money total.  Would this be in addition to current expenditures to provide for section 1?  Orphanages obviously cost more than $4000/child.

Otherwise it seems reasonable... though I hope the training for the children is age appropriate.
