Should the House of Representatives implement the Freedom Caucus's proposed reforms?

They seem to be making it the litmus test for the next Speaker.

"Oh, we'll support Paul Ryan... or anyone... IF they agree to these reforms to how the House of Representatives is run..."

1. Seems worth discussing. There's probably room to compromise there.
2. Lol no. You already spent the money. When are these loons gonna stop playing willfully ignorant about what the debt ceiling actually is?
3. Lol what?
4. Lol no.

Might want to try a source that's not an apologist for the status-quo.

We should return to passing all 12 appropriations bills each year, but only when it can be done without shutting down the govt.

Huh There's obviously no analysis of the proposals in that Politico post. I just went with the first source I found that had them laid out in concise bullet-point form. Other sources had the same information. It's all based on the questionnaire the Freedom Caucus has been sending to Speaker candidates. These are in fact the reforms they are proposing.

In case you missed it (I linked it before), this article is quite revealing.

I think Establishment Republicans would agree with me in saying that I'd prefer the Freedom Caucus to stop existing.
