Born in 1926 to Polish immigrants on Long Island, and attended Polish Catholic Grammar school before high school. Served stateside in WWII from 1944-6. College student afterwards, becomes a lawyer.

In 1958 is arrested and charged with various fraud related charges. Believes himself to be innocent and framed by corrupt elements within the county court. Regardless, he is disbarred. After his attempt to appeal his case with the Supreme Court (The Supreme Court) fails, he spends 10 years with no income living with his brother. Becomes increasingly paranoid, and at one point attempts to travel to Poland. It is unclear whether or not he arrived in Poland but he is imprisoned, refuses all food, beaten, and sent back in a sleep-deprived state.

In the 1970s he finally is living on his own making minimum wage. He spends the next 20 years trying to get his criminal conviction and disbarment overturned.

In the 1990s, he becomes enfeebled and dies within the decade.

He was deeply prejudiced towards racial minorities throughout his life, including strong anti-semitism.

The fraud charges aren't nearly severe enough for him to be in prison for over 12 years. He was sentenced for several years, but released in 1961 on parole. When he attempts to travel to Poland, he is detained rather than truly jailed.
