I deleted the extra. It kept saying it couldn't post, and even after refreshing multiple times nothing showed up for like 10 minutes.

I think everyone keeps clicking "post" more than once out of frustration with the page not loading.  I, for instance, was waiting ten minutes for my last post to go thru, but when I finally gave up, I saw that my post actually had gone thru after only one or two minutes.

Did Huckabee seriously call for an elimination of taxes on hedge-fund managers because they are "producers"?

Indexing the minimum wage to inflation is not a bad idea, Dr Carson.

It sounds good, but I wonder how that could even be tested first.

Carson gave a Democratic answer on the minimum wage.

Nobody's post was showing up for me for 10 minutes, even refreshing and trying to post every couple minutes. I thought it was the boards but I guess it was my computer.

Yes, Mr. Carson, let's have 'both sides' on the wage issue come together to talk.
Worker: "Yes, I make $7 an hour and I need more to pay for food and rent."
CEO: "Too bad, try harder."

I'm starting to think that Fiorina is like Trump, but less eccentric and willing to talk about things without just saying that she's great.

Fiorina might be the "winner," but people aren't moving Trump-Fiorina, so it balances out.

Fiorina will suck the support of the rest of the also-rans like Jeb!

It seems like the Republicans are moving to the left on economic issues, not social issues. Awful.

Ben Carson believes taxing the wealthy at all is socialism.

And people wonder why conservative politicians are not connecting with most of America.

I would say another moderate bump like before. She would rise while others like Walker and Cruz will lose support.

I actually think it was the site.  I didn't visit the actual thread in those ten minutes, I was just waiting for the post to go thru from the "post reply" page.

On another subject, just saw a local ad for a Knoxville city councilman running for re-election.  His name?  George Wallace.

Why didn't Obama address immigration in his first two years?

Because he was too busy working on healthcare and the stimulus.  Duh!

Fiorina still has a point. Obama even had a filibuster-proof Senate thanks to Arlen Specter.

Al Franken wasn't sworn in until July 7th 2009, after Ted Kennedy's last vote. So the Democrats only had 60 Senators who weren't dying and so were able to vote for cloture when Paul Kirk was Senator, September 24, 2009 – February 4, 2010.  That's only 4 1/3 months, and includes the holidays.

To be precise: 60 working days.
