Clinton 36
Sanders 32

I have no idea why we suddenly got 2 WV primary polls.

Whiles its nice to have polls of states that never get polled, it would be even nicer to have said polls done by reputable pollsters. Neither WV poll released today seems legit honestly(Prism Survey's website is incredibly bare with no links to prior polling).

Why would Sanders be doing so well in WV? Did they not figure out that he's a Jew yet?

West Virginia is really really white like New Hampshire and Vermont.  At some point, Sanders will take over Iowa because Iowa is too very very white.

States like Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, etc (with black democrats).  He could never win them at least at the moment.

I highly doubt that. Unless the democratic base has been stripped down to actual liberals (which I doubt, as there are still plenty of DINOs in WV that vote in D primaries) Sanders will not win West Virginia. Even with Hillary's Obama connections and her rush to the left, WV would still vote for her over a socialist.

The 2nd table in this article might help explain these results a bit: http://www.centerforpolitics.org/crystalball/articles/democrats-2016-the-primary-map-still-favors-clinton/

Maybe because Sanders is pro-gun and has more appeal to rural communities, he does represent a very rural state.
