http://www.landofthebrave.info/facts-about-revolutionary-war.htm

15% - 20% of Americans were loyalists - Colonists who supported the British in opposing the Revolution are referred to as "Loyalists" .The remaining Americans were neutral during the Revolutionary War

Then what percent of Americans want to get independence?

One reason it's a bit difficult to answer this straightforwardly is because the percentage of Patriots and Loyalists varied by location. Very broadly, New England and Virginia were consistently majority Patriot; the Carolinas and Georgia were usually majority Patriot but had a lot of Loyalists and side-switching as well; and the middle colonies split relatively evenly Patriot/neutral/Loyalist with some Patriot areas (like New York west of Connecticut), some Loyalist areas (like Long Island), and some neutral areas (like Quaker counties of Pennsylvania).

The percentages also varied through time. For example, South Carolina would have seemed much more Patriot before the Siege of Charleston than immediately after.

Altogether, the best estimates I've seen put Patriots as a clear plurality and near-majority if not narrow majority, at least twice as many as Loyalists through most of the war. It's no coincidence that the toppling of colonial governments at the beginning of the war was so swift.

For a good deep dive into which groups of colonists tended to support which side, I recommend the book 1775 by Kevin Phillips.
