It's too bad that Chafee is doing as badly as he is. Honestly I think he could have filled a niche as a sort of left-libertarian anti-war candidate and picked off some independents as well as a few dejected Rand Paul supporters. Seems like he doesn't take fundraising seriously because I could see someone like Pierre Omidyar bankrolling his candidacy if he tried appealing to him. He really could and should do better then he is. I say this as a strong Bernie supporter.

Yes, this is his problem. I kind of like his message, but Lincoln Chafee is just so... Lincoln Chafee. He really was not meant for national politics, which is kind of why I like him even more.
