lol, it looks like Minnesota and Michigan are more competitive.

Wisconsin may be a battleground yet, but it won't be for Walker. That was the case from the start.

Wisconsin may be a battleground yet, but it won't be for Walker. That was the case from the start.

Its the return of the 10% who love Democrats federally but Republicans locally.

So is it actually the people who vote for the Democrats federally and Republicans locally that make the difference, or is it that the same people vote for their respective parties all of the time, but a larger slice of the Democrats don't bother to vote locally? Or some combination of both?
