Because it worked so well for Rand Paul, right?

Rand Paul was slipping in the polls before he started attacking Trump. Paul has been great at seeking to expose Trump for the socialist fraud he is. I'm happy to see Jeb Bush do the same thing.

Republican voters don't give a shiite whether Trump was a Democrat. The important thing for them is that right now he acts and talks like their dream candidate.

Yeah, this won't work. Trump is born again. He's seen the light. What could be better?

No one's going to believe that Trump is a socialist.

No one's going to believe that Trump is a "long-term Democrat".  One could have said that about Ronald Reagan during his 1966 campaign for Governor of CA.

Bush can't believe that The Donald is cleaning his clock.  The Establishment GOP can't believe that The Donald is tying them in knots.  It's really funny; these guys who say they're sharper than Hillary can't figure out a guy they had nothing but ridicule for a few short weeks ago.

Sigh...I knew the Reagan comparison was coming, but it can be easily debunked. Reagan's Republican credentials were far more established when he ran for President than Trump's are.

Everyone knows this already. Trump has admitted it! It won't hurt his standing at all. Flop Jeb needs to stop.

But I do think this points to the broader question of how to do away with Trump. There's no obvious strategy for that.

Well Jeb nobody cares that "The Donald" was a long time Dem he is tapping into this populism that has an appeal in a certain slice of The Republican Party.
