The media keeps referencing Biden making calls, and his "allies" and "supporters" fleshing out a strategy, but the phrasing of these reports makes it seem like there is nothing substantive to report. The thing that strikes me as strange is that the reports always name the "insiders" they're quoting. If this was real, wouldn't these "insiders"want to be off the record?

No because Hillary really is that bad and the best candidate the GOP could face in 2016
