Actually, about half of African Americans die from abortion (i.e. abortion equals all the other causes of death COMBINED or as many black people are aborted as born).

Democrats are beating Republicans with demographics.

Importing latino immigrants who largely vote Democrat has proven immensely powerful.

Yet the one area where Democrats are actually shooting themselves in the foot demographically is with planned parenthood.

And Republicans take it upon themselves to try to tell the Democrats "Hey, guys, you could have 13 million more voters. Just trying to help!"

This is why Republicans are doomed. Trying their best at every turn to help out the democrats.

Showing this faux-concern for black abortion rates isn't going to win you any black voters man. Witness how people here react. Accusing Democrats of being "the real racists" will not work, you cannot beat them at their own game.

Hopefully Trump just destroys the Republican party and something worthwhile can replace it.

Leaving everything else to the birds, I'm pretty sure Carson's comments on the whacko who started Planned Parenthood are spot-on.

*Waits for Salon article link written to affirm to partisan liberal readers that they're only KIND OF spot-on*

Margaret Sanger definitely held some absolutely abhorrent beliefs, but so did pretty much every important political figure in American history. Half of the delegates at the Constitutional Convention were slave owners. Should we nullify the Constitution because people involved in its writing believed in slavery?

Slave owners were the lowest form of human life this planet has ever seen next to the radical islamists. But, they fed their slaves. In some cases, they clothed their slaves. They gave their slaves off on Sundays. Some were even somewhat nice to their slaves at times. Abortion doctors and women who get abortions because they want to, not because of rape, incest, or for the sake of their health, are as bad as slave owners as far as I'm concerned. They treat unborn children as meat just as slave owners bought and traded humans.

There were 10.7 million slaves. There have been 57 million abortions since 1973. Both are horrible.

Carson also told Fox News host Eric Bolling on the "O'Reilly Factor" that he stood by his comments that he made on Fox's "Your World" program earlier this week that Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger "believes in eugenics" and "was not particularly enamored with black people."

Carson reiterated those sentiments on Thursday and told Bolling, "it is quite true that the majority or plurality of their clinics are in minority neighborhoods."

Fiorina mirrors some of Carson's remarks here:

saying "from its very inception, [Planned Parenthood] targeted poor women, African American and Hispanic women.”

Interested to see how the Tumblrsphere reacts to this angle, since the only thing they hate more than right-wingers is problematic White liberals.

Well yeah in 4 states it has helped the Dems...Colorado, Nevada, Florida, and New Mexico. The Republicans would have still lost in 2012 in the Electoral College if zero Latino's voted because "The Black Vote" is so powerful in Virginia and in and Ohio as well. Obama might have lost Michigan in 2012 too if not for The Black Vote.
