Saudi Arabia would have open immigration of women under 25, legalized prostitution, drug sales, gambling, etc.  Open 24 hours and welcoming all tourists for a $20 admittance fee! 

Any outward signs of muslim-mania or veils/burkhas, etc, would be punishable by immediately being fed to swine however.  The swine would be kept in State-run farms formerly known as Mecca and Medina.

Either that, or Saudi Arabia will end up being a cross between   1970s-era Las Vegas and your average mismanaged minimum-security prison, only with fewer flashy lights and more grotesque stuff. There you go.  I really don't see how you can think a pedophile is better than an oppressive king that, although being rather authoritarian, at least the people have food and are not getting killed, and kids are not being sexed up.

Kids would be better off Richius, as they would have more freedom and job opportunities. 

Also there is little chance anyone would run short of food in Opebo Arabia - the income from sex tourism would be enormous, and very widely distributed.
