According to the Elections Act (Bill 0-2), Parliament is to consist of 21 members elected via the D'Hondt method. The results would thus be:

Conservatives: 7
Socialists: 7
Social Liberals: 6
Pioneers: 1
Workers': 0
Other: 0

(I used this election calculator to tally the results.)
