The poll they're doing now is in Iowa, correct?  (though I could imagine it being similar nationally)

"Top tier" = Top 10

(in their last Iowa poll, Fiorina was not even included - nor was Trump)

Their poll with 17 candidates will certainly look ... different ... than the one in May.

Has there ever been a time when the top three candidates had a combined zero governmental experience (as Trump, Fiorina, and Carson no doubt will in the next PPP poll?)

Probably not.

I very much believe that resentment of the Political Class is a huge issue for both parties.

I honestly think Rubio will be ahead of Fiorina in Iowa still. We're not even sure if Fiorina will be in the top 5 there. 6 million viewers isn't all that much, although a great percentage of them were probably Iowa Republicans. Plus, Fiorina is really, really conservative, but she still can't compare with Huckabee, Cruz and Walker, those three are all far more conservative than she'll ever become, even if she'll decide to turn sharply to the right. (Oh, and Santorum of course, if Iowa Republicans are aware that he's still in the race lol.)

Hmm. Christie, Walker, Bush, and Huck's numbers are going to drop in my opinion.
All candidates except Paul are going to drop, obviously. Roll Eyes

Christie and Kasich are probably very worried about this.

I have to imagine Christie will be out.

In the case of IA, Fiorina has already passed Christie. In the RCP average Christie is in 14th place in with 1.3 and Fiorina is in 11th with 2.7%, just behind Kasich who has 3.0.

The one thing all of this seem to suggest: Bush and Walker excite no one.

Well we don't know if money can buy Jeb love. Kasich's Super PAC certainly bought him some love in NH, but Bush's Super PAC has 10 times as much money and wont start airing ads until September. And if paid media starts making a dent, then will Donald start spending $ on TV? He is already talking about taking donations and has said he will spend his own money.

The IA and NH ad wars are going to be epic.
