This debate was rushed really badly. You can really tell no one really cared about it.

Well that's how people feel generally about these 7 candidates.

Why is it generally that conservatives rail against the SCOTUS for becoming a "political body" with recent rulings, but did nothing with bush v. Gore or citizens united?

Because conservatives liked that ruling, but they don't like these ones.

Bush won the electoral college, therefore he won the election.

Citizens United was about the first amendment. The courts took the constitutional position.

That being said, saying that homosexuality = slavery is so stupid. Santorum = idiot.

Yeah. Is this some Republican talking point I've completely missed out on? I mean, I know about the whole freedom-killing-soda-regulations, but geez.

True. 3 pretty strong performances and token performances from the rest.

Pataki: I'm a pro-choice Catholic who believes that life begins at conception. Roe v. Wade is the law of the land but we should defund Planned Parenthood and ban abortion after 20 weeks.

Did Pataki just get heckled or is that just the echo?

Ugh President Jindal... isn't that big government?

I disagree with Pataki. Roe V. Wade is unconstitutional because it takes the decision about abortion out of the hands of states and puts it in the hands of the federal government. At least Rudy Giuliani acknowledged this, Pataki is taking a radical position.

Lindsey Graham just won on the abortion issue. Not to mention the war on women issue.
