Recently....

WI has been D +40 for 1992 onwards. (4 Elections)
DC has been D +80 for 1984 onwards. (6 Elections)

In History:
NM was R +50 for 1976-1988 (4 Elections)
MT was R +50 for 1968-1980 (4 Elections)
NC was D +50 for 1948-1964 (5 Elections)
GA wad D +60 for 1948-1960 (4 Elections)

And I dont really care for going beyond before that.
