Search here.  Available in print or floppy

It is a Census Bureau publication, but for some unknown reason the Census Bureau has extracted the counts from 1990-1990 and put them on its site, and then pointed off to NTIS.

  Census Bureau reference to NTIS and link to 1900-1990 data.

Yeah, I knew the lower thing. Anyways I think the figures are all in one place in the 1890 Census.
