Seeing as we have been making nominations for three days, I hope no member will object to me closing nominations on all positions except for Executive where a full slate has yet to be nominated.

Chairman
Barnes has been nominated and seconded and being the only candidate duly nominated is declared elected as Chairman

Parliamentary Leader
Talleyrand has been nominated and seconded and being the only candidiate duly nominated is declared elected as Leader.

Deputy Parliamentary Leader
SJoyce and Blair have both been duly nominated and seconded. A ballot will be held for the position of Deputy Leader

Executive
Vega and X have been duly nominated. Nominations will be held open for a further twenty-four hours to see if a third member wishes to nominate.

When the period of debate expires at 10:47 am, members will be asked to ballot for Deputy Leader.  The ballot to be used at that time is the one described below.  Members shall be free to vote once the above-mentioned time has arrived.

I announce to the party that I am calling for an election for the party list for the forthcoming general election under my authority as Chairman.

Members have forty-eight (48) hours to nominate themselves for the list, afterwards, a twenty-four (24) hour vote will be held under the Approval Voting system.

I will remind the party that the Leader and Deputy Leader and automatically given the first and second position on the list, respectively.
