The person getting hurt the most by Trump is Cruz. In every poll released since Trump the one who drops the most since previous poll is Cruz. That is why Ted won't attack Trump.
Cruz won't attack the crazy stuff Trump says simply because he actually believes all of it himself. Even The Donald doesn't believe that every single latino is a rapist, yet Cruz is stupid enough to believe it.
