Doubt any other candidates can replicate Luallen or Beshear's numbers, and I don't think either runs.

It would take nothing short of a miracle for this race to be put in play, but Paul not running and Beshear running might be just that. I doubt that will happen, though.

No. Beshear sounds done, and Luallen would have gone in 2008 if she wanted to be in the Senate.

Leans R at best.

The fact that Massie (who has 27% name recognition) is only slightly losing to the reasonably popular governor of the state shows how Republican Kentucky is at the federal level.

Massie is unpopular in his own district, largely because of his stupidity in the government shutdown.

Granted, he seems to make occasional forays into sanity, but for the wrong reasons.
