Coolidge. Nixon gets an honourable mention for inspiring an almost unbelievable amount of impotent hatred from the odious boomer generation during his lifetime and indeed to this very day.

You could make an argument that he was good at beingPresident, while not necessarily being a good President.

Warren Harding, by way of the rest of them being awful (Harding was still moderately awful).
