In statewide elections, the white vote is roughly 90-10 republican and the black vote is roughly 90-10 democratic. This district is actually more conservative than the state as a whole, so I'd say the white vote would be like 94-6 republican or thereabouts.

No, some whites in this part of the state still vote Dem. Obama won 20-25% of the vote in a few counties where blacks only make up 5-10% of the population.
