Because reading this forum it seems like this is what you all think the map will look like in 2040:


I would love for that to happen. But, if it's 49 (maximum) states, I'd allow the Republicans to carry a state which has between seven to nine electoral votes (maximum). That's been the average, per carried state, of the winning and losing Republicans since after the 1980s. (I'll suggest Oklahoma.)
