In fact, it was the gay vote that cost Romney FL and OH. Hillary needs the Obama Coalition to win this.

I do remember that. And that's precisely why they try to scare gay people into voting for them
Leave.

You're probably right, Chairman Sanchez. The difference is he won't persecute or demonize those who believe differently. And that's an important distinction.

Eventually he (or people like him) will, just like modern-day conservatives rightfully demonize opponents of interracial marriage, even though most conservatives opposed it just a few decades ago.

If you see two men walking down the street, and I'd say that's common in SF, are they "flaunting the gay agenda"? Is there a way that a gay man can not flaunt the gay agenda or is it just a given?

I'm really curious as to how this works.

It is if they have to make it public knowledge to complete strangers, absolutely.  It is an in your face statement against celibate homosexuals, ex-gays, et al.

Not flaunting = not making it public knowledge. The vast majority of straight people do not make sure you know they are straight.

So I take it you are opposed to straight couples holding hands while walking down the street?

If it's done in an arrogant, in your face way, designed to make you feel uncomfortable and hurt you, yes sure.

I found this video very intimidating and very hurtful.

That doesn't make sense though. The vast majority of straight people have no problem checking girls out, holding hands with their significant other, and, hell, kiss in public all the time. You're being entirely inconsistent. Is it just that you don't notice it when the straights flaunt their straightness?

Being yourself in public does not equal an "in your face statement". People like you are why things like Pride Parades are necessary. You remind me of my grandfather who is still disgusted when he sees interracial couples. They should really stop flaunting it for his feelings! Cry

Straight people don't have pride parades. Pride parades are *designed* to flaunt and shove it in your face, whether you like it or not. You just proved my point.

I get equally disgusted with any kind of PDA, I get personally hurt and intimidated with some, because the goal of the gay movement is to cause pain to others who choose to live differently.

So can gay people hold hands in public without it being in your face? Why do you think that they're doing it to hurt you, instead of a show of affection to eachother? That's rather self-centered.

Oh please, you're hurt? How do you think people that are called f****ts and commit suicide because of bullying as a result of their sexuality feel?

No, it's designed to "flaunt" it for a purpose, that is to actually bring what gay people are out into the world so that it's no longer a taboo to be gay. Pride Parades are also a show to LGBT people around that it's fine to be who they are because they've been around troglodytes such as yourself their entire lives. Maybe you should participate in one one of these days. I had a blast last summer at one.

I'm more and more convinced you're a troll with each post lol.

Ask Mr. it Gets Better Dan Savage, who thinks the use of that term is okay, and said he wanted all Republicans to die.

"Coming out" in today's society makes one rewarded.  Frankly, there is a privilege associated with "gay pride" now.

I'm not sure why it's been deemed OK to bully Christians.

Alternative opinions does not equal trolling.

I personally feel that if you're going to be an anti-bullying advocate, you should be an actual anti-bullying advocate for everyone, not just a special interest group.  Real loony huh

When athletes come out, they are treated as royalty.  Yes, I have told you that I have felt personally hurt.  But it's OK for us to be bullied I guess.

If you don't want to see it, don't go to pride parades. Easy fix!

I guess you are against the protections offered by the first amendment in regards to free assembly and freedom of expression?

So let's just ban marathons, fairs, and charity walks because I can't get down Figueroa during the LA marathon and that just f**ks up mine and everyone else's day.
