My favorites are 1980 and 1984... Smiley  Even 1972 had a little red outside of DC.  Blue is my favorite color, at least on this forum.

I sort of like the look of the 1932 map...which brings me to an odl question of mine that I'd never asked...anybody with an idea just why the Rep vote held up so comparatively well in Pennsylvania and Connecticut and Delaware that year?
