A moderate Republican in Monmouth County (where Kyrillos was a legislator), who was affected by Sandy and praised Obama's quick response to the hurricane.

I know at least one.

An independent, fairly apolitical person who is moderately pleased with the Obama administration but doesn't like Menendez personally.
