I used to live in Kansas (I moved way in 2001, before Sebelius), but I was talking to a friend who still lives there and said she seems pretty popular (although he is from one of the more "liberal" parts of the state-Johnson County).  I don't think her recent veto of the abortion bill will help her very much though.
