Schedule for Hillary Clinton

October 1, 2015

Meet Voters at Silver Dollar Saloon, Laurens, Iowa

Tour Positech Corporation. Laurens, Iowa

Meet Voters at Rolfe Area Market, Rolfe, Iowa

Speech at Fonda Saddle Club and Rodeo Arena, Fonda,, Iowa

There are people both eight years ago and today, who say we should skip the caucuses here in Iowa. Well, to them I say, a President has to represent everyone, even those they utterly disagree with, which is why as long as we are in this race, we will compete in every state, whether we can win or not!

Meet Voters in Rutland, Iowa

October 2, 2015

Meet Voters in Bradgate, Iowa

Meet Voters at Unkie's Entertainer, Thor, Iowa

Meet Voters at Livermore Fastway, Livermore, Iowa

Tour Humboldt County Mill Farm Historical Museum, Dakota City, Iowa

Our farming history needs to remember it's history, it's neighborliness, and arguably better money management than many of today's banks, as it continues to shift towards a high-tech methodology. If you combine the two approaches, you might just have a farming industry that is unstoppable.

Meet Voters at Steve's Antiques & Refining, Burt, Iowa

October 3, 2015

Speech at Burt Community Center, Burt, Iowa

It's nice to have a large and competitive field-it keeps everyone's skills sharp. We didn't really didn't have that in 2008, as it really felt like just President Obama and I were competing seriously on our side, and in many ways both of us suffered for it, Obama ended up with a General Election that was unnecessarily close in 2012, because I was a tougher opponent than Senator McCain, and I lost the nomination, because Obama and I were the only candidates actually trying to win, and he ended up doing better.

Meet Voters in Titonka, Iowa

Meet Voters at B&S Aroma Cafe, Bancroft, Iowa

Meet Voters in Lakota, Iowa

October 4, 2015

Speech at Emmetsburg Veterans Memorial, Emmetsburg, Iowa

There have been accusations over the years about us not caring about the troops, or not caring about our veterans. Those are the ravings of delusional people who simply do not give a damn about anyone but their own twisted goals! Even though some may think that of some members of our party, shouldn't the fact that Admiral McRaven chose to run for President with us, when he easily could have ran as a Republican or Independent, say something about what we really think of our troops?

Tour Victorian Museum on Main, Emmetsburg, Iowa

Attend Screening/Discussion of The American President, at Rivera Theater, Emmetsburg, Iowa (With Aaron Sorkin, Bill Clinton, Mike McCurry, Heather Higginbottom and Laura Bush (The last two listed names are NOT endorsements))

Meet Voters at Midlands Technical College, Irmo, South Carolina

Meet Voters at Frankie's of Columbia, Irmo South Columbia

Meet Voters at Maurice's Piggy Park, West Columbia, South Carolina

October 7, 2015

Speech at Pappas Field, Rindge, New Hampshire

Welcome back, New Hampshire! I know some in the media are concerned about Secretary's presence in the field, but he already had his turn as the nominee over a decade ago, and couldn't defeat a vulnerable George Bush. New Hampshire Democrats will see right through Kerry and his defeatist attitude towards Presidential politics.

Meet Voters, Stoddard, New Hampshire

Speech at Toles Undercoating and Repair, Walpole, New Hampshire

Senator Manchin might think he's a Democrat, but he's been on the Republican side of every major environmental issue since being elected Governor of West Virginia. He opposes mountaintop mining regulation, supports dismembering the Clean Air and Clean Water acts, the Keystone XL pipeline, and fracking, all positions taken almost solely by Republicans. So why would any Democrat, especially one who supports any kind of environmental regulation support him?

Tour Birchwood Orchard, Mason, New Hampshire

I, on behalf of the Clinton Campaign, would like to express our sorrow at the passing of Vice-President Mondale. He was one of many people who I looked up to as Governor of Arkansas, and both the Democratic Party and America as a whole will be worse off with his passing.

Meet Voters in Blockton, Iowa

Meet Voters in Gravity, Iowa

Speech MFA Oil Propane, Lenox, Iowa

Now I've heard candidates on both sides say we need to be off Middle Eastern Oil. They're half right. We need to be off oil, coal and all other fossil fuels, no matter where they come from in order for any being to survive into the future. Unfortunately, we have candidates on both sides- the Manchin's, Bushes, Cruzes and Quayle's of this country who are beholden to the fossil fuel industry and won't dream of seeking other ideas. We as Americans who value survival, need to reject that line of thought.

October 10, 2015

Meet Voters at Boz's Kitchen, Corning, Iowa

Interview With Dan Patrick for Sports Illustrated's November edition-At Adams County Speedway, Corning, Iowa

So, having been Secretary of State for four years, did you pick up a fanship for any International teams or athletes?

I'd like to say I just did my job, but I do admit to becoming a Rafa Nadal fan.

Do you believe that American professional sports is on the track in the fight against Performance enhancing drugs?

Usually, when someone is determined to cheat, there's usually no stopping them, but I'm amazed that John Ashcroft, Alberto Gonzalez, Michael Mukasey, and Eric Holder didn't consider bringing charges against the players for steroid possession, which is illegal-or the owners who covered it up, which could have been considered Obstruction of Justice.

Do believe the NCAA is in the right, protecting Amateurism of their student-athletes?

No, and I'm not sure why we are using the term student-athlete, given that almost every school, these people are athletes first. While they probably shouldn't be making as much as a professional, you can call them a semi-pro, and as such they should be making, at the least, the minimum wage in their state per game-plus room and board.

Tour American Hydraulics (With Bruce Braley)

Endorsements for Hillary

Former Attorney General Janet Reno (D-FL)

Former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (D-CA)

Former Congressman Bruce Braley (D-IA)

We all know why Hillary lost the caucuses here in 2008, and we all know she's not going to discount us Iowans again... Which is why I stand here today and endorse Hillary Clinton, because when she makes mistakes, she corrects them, while Republicans just seem to dig themselves deeper.

Former Congressman Paul Hodes (D-NH)

I know people are saying I should endorse Senator Kerry because he's a Massachusetts boy, or Senator Sanders because he's a Vermont son, but proximity is usually irrelevant here. What matters to New Hampshire voters is; Does a candidate share their values, and can they win, and I believe Hillary met both tests in 2008, and that she meets them now. I endorse Hillary Clinton for President.

Hillary Clinton-New Endorsements

Former Congressman Mike Blouin (D-IA)

It's been a long time since I was involved in Presidential politics, but Hillary's proven to me to be the candidate that can take down a Bush, Walker or Cruz.

Congresswoman Gwen Graham (D-FL)

I may not support everything Hillary says or does, but she's our best bet to break the age-old glass ceiling that afflicted women for ages, and we know she'll be competitive in Florida.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)

I love the field we have, but the reality is I love Hillary the most. People need to realize just how close she was eight years ago, and that even if she does fall behind she's not likely to fall behind.

Congressman Dave Loebsack (D-IA)

Hillary may have lost Iowa eight years ago, but this time will be different. She's got a better campaign behind her, and Iowa voters have a better understanding of her now.

Congresswoman Ann McLane Kuster (D-NH)

People appear to be forgetting that Hillary won here in 2008. While we don't agree on everything, we do believe that past success should lead to future performance, especially since voters here saw how close she came, and how much of a team player she's been for President Obama since.

Schedule for Hillary Clinton

October 15, 2015

Speech at Empire Inn Motel, Empire, Louisiana

A little over ten years ago, Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast. Unfortunately it looks like many around here simply have not learned their lesson. People like Ted Cruz, Haley Barbour, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Robert Bentley, Bill Cassidy, Pete Sessions... there's so many to name... they all oppose funding for the National Weather Service, oppose efforts to let FEMA help in disaster-struck areas, and worse, they oppose climate research, so we can better protect cities like New Orleans, Houston, Miami and New York City in the future. It's simply mind-boggling that no one seems to have learned from the mistakes made before and after Katrina, but it's exactly what is happening.

Speech at Renaissance Palace, Meraux, Louisiana

I know what your're thinking, why am I in Louisiana? I believe we can face down any opponent, from ISIS to our need to become energy independent, look it in the eye, and emerge victorious, that's why.

Meet Voters at 915 Cafe, Armstrong, Iowa (With Bruce Braley)

October 16, 2015

Speech at Iowa Lakeside Laboratory, Wahpeton, Iowa (With Mike Blouin and Bruce Braley)

I can't help but wonder if there are any Republicans who believe in the existence of science. We've seen so much theology spout out of the House, and now the Senate since Republicans that I can't help but believe that opposition to science is a plank on their platform... This isn't the enlightenment..The days of Newton, Ampere, Celsius, Volta, Pascal are long gone, and yet there are Republicans that deny those advances as well... It's insane!

Visit Dickinson County Freedom Rock and Veterans Memorial (With Mike Blouin)

Speech, Co-Op Elevator Fertilizer, Harris, Iowa

Admiral McRaven recently said that getting off fossil fuels was a long-term goal. He's right, but the work starts now. We can't be off fossil fuels in 2100 if we don't start the process today.

Speech at Osceola Community Hospital, Sibley, Iowa

Obamacare is not perfect, but it's lightyears ahead of where we were before, and continued Republican attempts border on criminal, especially when you realize they won't replace it-with anything.

October 17, 2015

Tour DeBoer Grocery Museum and Little House Museum, Ashton, Iowa (With Bruce Braley and Leon Panetta)

Meet Voters, Doon Park, Doon, Iowa

Meet Voters, Lyon County Fairgrounds, Rock Rapids, Iowa

Interview with Anshel Pfeffer for Haaretz

Some have deemed President Obama's Middle East policy, the most Anti-Israel ever. Exactly what is your opinion?
The reality is, while Israel is a very important ally in the region, they're not the only ones. When we have a crisis in the Middle East, we now have to deal with what Jordan wants, what Egypt wants, what Turkey wants, and of course what Israel wants. Making sure no one gets upset is like walking on a tripwire.
What are your feelings about continued negotiations with Iran?
The reality is the Iranians have listened to everything we've said to this point... But I'd feel more comfortable if a final deal had their energy being produced outside of Iran... I understand there are nice spots in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan or Armenia to use if the Iranians wished to negotiate with them.

october 18, 2015

Meet Voters in Matlock, Iowa

Meet Voters, Hawarden Steak House, Hawarden, Iowa

Visit- Hope Haven Inc. Westview Home, Rock Valley, Iowa

Meet Voters, L&M Enterprises, Alton, Iowa

February 18, 2015

Meet Voters at Stratham-Newfields Veterinary Hospital

Meet Voters in Candia, New Hampshire

Meet Voters at Hilltop Fun Center, Somersworth, New Hampshire

October, 19, 2015

Speech at Museum of Military History, Kissimmee, Florida

Right down the road from here is a theme park called Machine Gun America, where they let people as young as thirteen shoot automatic weaponry. This kind of behavior twists our 2nd amendment into something it isn't-something that's been distorted from "militia and armies" to "everyone and their mother". That's the problem here.

October 20/21

Hillary Clinton-New Endorsements

Former Secretary of Transportation/Secretary of Energy Federico Peņa (D-CO)

I happen to like Luis Gutierrez, but he's not going to win in November. Joaquin Castro has a bright future ahead of him, but I think his next step should be to run for the Senate or Governor in 2018 instead. Hillary is our present, and while Castro shows the future is indeed bright for our party, it's not here yet (and hopefully won't be until 2024).

Former Attorney General Martha Coakley (D-MA)

Secretary Kerry may have our persistent losing in common, but I don't want to be on a losing ride again. Hillary Clinton's going to take the nomination, and then hopefully, she'll emerge triumphant in November.

Former Congressman Richard "Dick" Swett (D-NH)

We've got a deep field, but the reality is there's only one candidate who can take down the Bush's the Cruz's and the Paul's of the field, and that candidate is Hillary.

Former State Senator Swati Dandekar (D-IA)

Hillary may not have won Iowa eight years prior, but she's our best candidate do so this time, and finally breaking another glass ceiling is just as alluring.

Former Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio (D-FL)

Florida has been a swing state for several elections now, and we need to think about the best candidates to win this state, and others. That candidate, at least in my eyes is Hillary Clinton.

State Senator Michael Gronstal (D-IA)

Hillary's proven that even though her Presidential ambitions remain unabated, she can be a team player for someone else, something many of us were wondering when she became Secretary of State. Now that this has happened, I have no doubt she can be an effective President.

Hillary Clinton-Debate

Quote
You must be logged in to read this quote.

President Obama certainly hasn't done the best job with the situation, but we should bear in mind that this could be a lot worse. While ISIS has launched major attacks across the Middle East, and control large swaths of Iraqi and Syrian territory, they haven't been able to launch organized attacks against the west. This of course, does not mean they aren't a threat to us, as we've had significant numbers of people caught leaving for the battlegrounds in Syria and Iraq, raising the danger of "lone wolf" attacks. To solve this, we need to ban travel in any form to Iraq and Syria, to build a group of allies that support us, and doesn't make it look like we're doing all the work, and to prevent Americans and other westerners involved with ISIS from returning to their countries of origin.

When you have two leaders who disagree with each other on everything, like President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu or Chancellor Merkel or Prime Minister Tsipiras, relations are usually going to be strained. There's not much that can be done about that. As for negotiating with the Palestinians, as much I, or anyone else would like to a two state solution. the reality is that everything the Palestinians have done since 1948 have shown they don't want peace, they want to wipe Israel off the earth, and it's amazing that the Israelis have not responded in kind.

I most certainly do support an increase in the Federal minimum wage, and my personal opinion is it should match the average of all state minimum wages and be chained to inflation when it goes up. The problem is, with a GOP Congress passing a minimum wage increase is going to be impossible. Still we can remedy that, which is why I call on voters to elect to a Democrat to the White House, and to flip both the House and the Senate, which will be difficult, but doable, and so worth it for things like this.

Quote

President Obama did abuse the Executive Powers of his office to deal with immigration, but what was he supposed do? He was dealing with a hot-button issue that no one has even tried to touch in almost a decade, and a Republican Caucus that hates him for existing. As for the order itself, it's an excellent framework, but people need to keep in mind Mexico is not the only country our undocumented immigrants come from-this is a community which spans the globe.

Quote

Now, since we haven't even reached the Iowa Caucuses yet I'm going to be a bit vague...but let's just say I could find a job for all of my fellow Democrats on this stage, plus the Donald.

Secretary Kerry where did you learn to do Math? If you combine the average of what all the states that have a minimum wage do, cut that in half, and chain it to increases in inflation, I guarantee that you will higher minimum wage then what the Federal minimum wage is now. As for your proposal, of course I would sign it, simply because we need a raise, plain and simple.

Hillary Clinton-New Endorsements

Former Senator Max Cleland (D-GA)

Hillary Clinton earns my endorsement because once our nomination is claimed, the Republicans will use every dirty tactic and false flag in the book in the book to win the Oval Office, and Hillary has weathered those scandal-hunters time and again, both as First Lady, and in her nomination bid in 2008.

Former Governor John Baldacci (D-ME)

We have several wonderful candidates running, and I would be thrilled to have any of them as our nominee. However, Hillary Clinton is the closest representative to the values of my State, and therefore I feel it is in my best interest to endorse her at this time.

Retired General Wesley Clark (D-IL)

Back when I ran in 2004 a guy named John Kerry won the nomination. A lot of Democrats, myself included thought he'd beat President Bush, but he was swiftboated to defeat. Hillary Clinton isn't going to allow that to happen, which is why I am endorsing her for President-because we need to stop crying foul, and start fighting back.

Former Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion Jr. (D-NY)

Former Bronx Borough President Fernando Ferrer (D-NY)

Hillary represented New York for eight years in the Senate diligently. She didn't run for President in 2004, when she could've swept to the nomination with ease, and won convincingly in November. Shouldn't this prove she has some principles?

Schedule for Bill Clinton

October 29, 2015

Meet Voters in Havelock, Iowa (With Bruce Braley, Dave Loebsack and Swati Dandekar)

Speech at RV Kearns Farms, Plover, Iowa

You have to feel for Senator Cruz. No one wants to deal with a relative with cancer, no one wants to leave a Presidential Campaign before Iowa, especially at the top of the polls. But my sympathy is slightly limited when you realize Senator Cruz is the single Senator who has blocked worthwhile initiatives from all sides, even those from the GOP House that he agreed with, just to prove a point. I don't know what you might call it, but I tend to think of it as a form of karma for the Senator, him being forced out of his Presidential Race.

Meet Voters in Varina, Iowa (With Bruce Braley, Kirsten Gillibrand)

Meet Voters at Bobby's Sand Bar, Linn Grove, Iowa

Visit Pleasant View Home, Albert City, Iowa (With Swati Dandekar)

October 30, 2015

Tour Albert City Historical Museum, Albert City Iowa (With Dave Loebsack and Bruce Braley)

Meet Voters at Alta Church of Christ, Alta, Iowa (With Wesley Clark)

Speech at Twilight Acres, Wall Lake, Iowa

Not-For-Profits, like Twilight Acres, or the Clinton Foundation are an essential part of public life and service. But many non-profits are plagued by shoddy or criminal bookkeeping, and the Treasury Department is powerless to stop this common behavior, with State Authorities ineffective at best. Currently existing Treasury Department agencies can shoulder the burden of regulating non-profits, and they should.

I know how Halloween works, I just find this way too unrealistic for a former American President to do.

October 30, 2015

Meet Voters in Hastings, Iowa

Speech at Kiewit Construction Co., Pacific Junction, Iowa

I remember way back in 2009, Republicans slammed the stimulus package President Obama put together as "not producing jobs" and dangerous. Mitt Romney, said when he ran in 2012 that the economy was "not having a real recovery". Well, Today we have to recognize that President Obama's actions over that span led to a better recovery than many could have ever predicted, and we avoided another Great Depression as well, something that did not seem certain when he was inaugurated.

Meet Voters in Croydon, New Hampshire (With Richard Swett and Paul Hodes)

Speech at Unity Elementary School, Unity, New Hampshire

We have an excellent field bidding for our nomination, and no matter how heated it gets, lets hope for a united front when all is said and done, because we're going to need it to beat a Rand Paul, or a Scott Walker come November.

November 1, 2015

Obviously, we in the political community are in shock after the senseless assassination of Governor Walker. While this was a political act, this could have been prevented if the Secret Service was up to the job of protecting all of our candidates running for President on both sides of aisle. If they could not protect one candidate, there is little reason to believe they can protect others, and a massive restructuring of the Secret Service is needed immediately. We also, of course need to find out who did this, what their motives are, and whether they connections to any Domestic and International terrorist organizations. We need to be able to help the new Governor, Rebecca Kleefisch with an orderly transition, make it clear that she will get assistance if needed, and we need to give the Walker family, Tonette and Alex, a shoulder to cry on, because they have lost a husband and father, and those are some the hardest losses to digest of anyone, and even more so when they're victims of something so senseless.

Hillary Clinton 2016-New Endorsements

Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes (D-KY)

I know what you're all thinking.... Hillary's a liberal on the environment, go with Manchin. Here's the thing. The type of Democrat that wins here, like Manchin, isn't going to win in November. I want Hillary. because she can make it to November and win. Manchin won't.

New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer (D-NY)

Portland Mayor Michael Brennan (D-ME)

State Representative Bakari Sellers (D-SC)

I know there are some in our community who won't forgive for daring to run against President Obama in 2008. But in order for us to extend his legacy, the best thing to do is let bygones be bygones, and vote for her, in the primary, and next November. It wouldn't be right otherwise.

State Senator Brad Hutto (D-SC)

I'm itching to see us hold the White House, and despite her flaws, I believe Hillary is the best person to do it.
