The Southern National Party is hereby banned.

All members of the Southern National Party have until July 1, 2023 to change their registration to another party.

Continued membership in the Southern National Party after that date is punishable by a a prohibition on holding office in Atlasia for a period of time that shall be determined by the Supreme Court.

This legislation shall take effect immediately upon passage.

Assuming this is even constitutional, you do realize that they could just reregister under a different name, right?
