4.Title I, Section 4 of SB 113-8 is hereby amended by striking all instances of “adoption” from the section and its subsections.
5. Title II of SB 113-8 is amended by adding the following Section: “5. All mentions of "non-consensually" or "by force, threat, or intimidation" shall not apply to situations where said force, threat, intimidation, or lack of consent is consensually simulated for the purposes of roleplay throughout the sexual act. This subsection shall, however, not be construed to mean illegal consensual acts such as incest are legal.”

Relating to Personhood and Humankind

Section 1: Definitions
1. Furries are people who reject their own personhood and the idea of them being human.
2. Human are people that can only be citizens.

Section 2: Provisions
1. Humans are the only people who can be citizens of the Republic of Atlasia and therefore are entitled to said constitutional rights.
2. Furries are animals, and under this legislation shall be referred to as animals and have the same rights as animals.
3. Furries shall hereby forfeit all rights pertaining to human citizens.
4. Un-claimed furries who do not have a registered owner or home they reside in shall be referred to animal control.
5. This legislation recognizes that only human citizens, as outlined by the constitution, can be recognized as having constitutional rights and privileges.

Section 3: Implementation

Section 2. Freedom to drink alcohol per religious rites and ceremonies

In accordance with the constitutionally guaranteed right to freedom of speech, no citizen in the Republic of Atlasia who, if legally restricted from consuming alcohol, shall be prohibited from consuming alcohol as part of a religious sacrament, rite, or ceremony, provided that the individual is not intoxicated or incapable of demonstrating sobriety.

Section 3. Effective Date

This Bill shall take effect immediately upon passage.

to impeach the President, Vice President, Justices and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, and other officers of this government for high crimes and gross negligence.;

To close loopholes in senate vacancy appointments

Be it enacted by two-thirds of the Senate of the Republic of Atlasia assembled, and at least two-thirds of the Regions henceforth;

1. The title of this resolution shall be the Senate Vacancy Amendment Act
2. Section 2, article 1 of the constitution of Atlasia shall be amended as follows:

1. The manner of election for at-large Senators shall be as follows:

    i. The nine at-large Senators shall be elected for a term of two months by the eligible voters of the Republic according to a method of proportional representation prescribed by the Senate. Elections for the seats shall be held in the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December.
    ii. If no other method of proportional representation is prescribed by law, at-large Senate elections shall operate on single transferable vote.
    iii. At-large Senate vacancies shall be filled through appointment by the executive of the former Senator’s Party at the time the vacancy was created; but should a vacancy occur as the result of the death, expulsion, or resignation of an at-large Senator not being a member of a major Party or being a member of a major party lacking an executive at the time of the vacancy, then a special election shall be held within twenty days of the vacancy to choose a replacement to serve the remainder of the existing term.
