I'm thrilled that someone finally did this! I suggest changing the Southern Senate elections to be concurrent with the other regions too.

Thanks! I saw that the Chamber of Delegates was looking into changing the election dates with
S.18.16: Special Elections Act and
S.18.17: Southern Elections Act,
and I decided to take a swing at writing something up. I excluded the Senate election because the original bills also excluded it, I see no issue with changing those elections as well.

Awesome! Doing the Senate elections would be a big help to the Senate b/c right now there are senators that start and end their terms on different dates than other senators of the same class. When I was in the Senate, it forced me to throw a bloodless coup that nobody noticed or cared about because the Senate had no PPT. Not good!

I've not looked into this too much so make sure to read the article itself and make sure it doesn't break anything.

Emergency Relief from the Great Purge of 2018 Act

Section 14, Clause 4 of the Federal Electoral Act of 2018, (should it be signed into law), shall be amended to read:

4. Any registered voter who fails to vote in elections for six months for which they are qualified to vote shall have their registration no longer considered valid. The said voter may only be deregistered after missing three federal elections, not including runoffs and special elections. A vote in a special election or runoff will be counted towards activity the same as a vote in a regular federal election. This clause shall not be construed to deny a forum user the right to register anew.

Well I can't very well say no to someone saying please, now can I? Sure, I'll submit it to the House and hopefully it can speed it's way along to the Senate where the good Senator from Fremont can then sponsor it so that this impending humanitarian disaster can be averted!

This is very well-written as well! In the CoD, we have come to a compromise to amend the previous bill to be only about Senate elections. Can I propose this as an amendment?

We the government already provide high speed internet to all rural areas under the Rural High-Speed Internet Improvement Act.
Also, I'm currently working on a bill to extend this coverage to urban areas.
So really, this bill isn't needed. Also, why the hell should we give big cable companies tax cuts just for competing.

Also, can I encourage all Fremont citizens to propose bills to Parliament.
It is your right, so it is imperative you exercise it.

And this so for the South. We have one slot for citizen-proposed legislation - here's to hoping it gets used!

Lincoln citizens should also join in once we get a functioning assembly.
