I was shocked when somebody pointed out earlier that I was in 3rd place on that list.  There are a bunch of us clustered close together in 3rd-10th, way behind the Big Two.

26, which looks like it's close to my average lately (693 over the last 30 days = 23.1 per day). 

It seems my posting has usually been in singular spurts, while you have been a lot more consistent and have been doing it more gradually and consistently over a wide period of time.

so I crunched the numbers and me and brucejoel together did 273 posts on April 11. That totals up to 13.18% of all posts on that day.

Fun fact: Terlylane is still on the "top 10 posters in the 30 days" list, and still leads in threads started over the past 30 days, despite being banned more than a week ago (I forgot the exact day).

Tim Turner is now in the "posting at a rate of over 1000 posts a month" crowd.  If he were to actually keep that up indefinitely, then I'd bet on him to be the next new person to enter the top 10 all time list, though he wouldn't get there for another 2.5 years or so, since he has a lot of ground to make up.  That's a long time to post at such a high rate though, so I wouldn't bet on it happening.

Progressive Pessimist might actually get into the top 10 before I do, though it would depend on how much he posts in the Congressional Board and 2024 presidential boards going ahead, probably. We're both posters from the 2015 class with particular interest in certain boards (in his case, the polling boards; in my case, PG&D and FC).

I just got my 20,000th post.  I think this is 20,018.  I'm at #61.  I was in the 90s 2 years ago.

A milestone indeed, though an expected and predictable one.

Interesting numbers. The top 5 being about one in four posts bears out with what I would expect, though I would have anticipated more posts overall.
The number of people who have posted in this thread must run into the many dozens at this point.
