How long before he surpasses Keystone Phil and Antonio?

He’s averaging 1.1K a month so probably this summer.

We’re probably 2 years away from OC being behind only BRTD which would be the best thing to ever happen to the forum.  Tender Branson would probably be in 3rd place by then, with something like ~80,000 posts if he also kept up his current posting rate.

Late, but is OC on track to (eventually) surpass BRTD? It'd be a bit of an "end of an era" if it did eventually happen

By definition, *whoever* is currently posting the highest number of posts per month is "on track" to *eventually* take the lead, if you assume that everyone keeps posting at their present rate forever.  So currently, that's olawakandi, but there's no guarantee that he'll keep posting at this rate forever.  I mean, a few years ago, he wasn't posting this much, so we have no reason to think that he'll keep it up indefinitely.

At current rate for both olawakandi and BRTD, looks like it would take a little over five and a half years for the former to catch up.  In this scenario, that would happen when they're both around 130,000 posts.  Tender Branson would probably be in 3rd place by then at current posting rate, at something like 80,000 posts.  But again, that assumes that everyone keeps up their current rate indefinitely.

I will be very disappointed if 2026-2027 comes and OC has not overtaken BRTD. I believe in OC.

If me, Battista Minola, and Bruce Joel continue on our current pace, we could be in the top 20 within the next 3-4 years.

My pace has slowed down considerably since the beginning of February for various reasons, so I am very unsure about that. You and brucejoel99 are strong contenders though.

I thought I saw the same thing last week, that Tender was right about to hit the 58,000 mark.  But now I think he's gone backwards, as he's at 57,865, which is more like 350 shy of Lewis rather than 250 shy of Lewis.

Is one of Tender's many enemies among the mod crew deleting his old posts, so he doesn't make it into the top 3?

June was the second month in a row in which the overall number of posts on the forum was down compared to 4 years ago.  June 2021 had 11% fewer posts than June 2017 (but still more than four years before *that*, which was June 2013).  After an active first few months for 2021, we're now seeing that the Biden era prompts less discussion than the Trump years, so I guess we'll have to wait and see if we ever get back to those big numbers of the Trump presidency on a sustained basis.  Maybe if Trump is elected again in 2024....
