FF. It's sad his state is too partisan to give him a statewide post.

Yeah, those mean Washingtonians, refusing to elect a guy whose views they disagree with to placate a random "independent" in Minnesota. Roll Eyes

HP obviously.

Why? It's not like he's a moderate. He sponsored a bill to outlaw abortions, voted against adding sexual orientation to hate crime laws, and got an A rating from the NRA. Seems a little extreme even for a less partisan state.

She's the exception, since she only barely won in 2012.

Anyway, FF.  It's too bad he had an election stolen from right under him.

That election was not stolen.  Screwed up, yes, but not stolen.  There were systematic errors across the state.  The number of ballots per-capita in counties with Republican auditors was comparable (maybe even higher -- I don't recall) to those with Democratic auditors.  Everyone here knows that I'm no reflexive apologist for the Democratic Party, so this is entirely about elections procedure (and its failures): there was no conspiracy.  It wasn't stolen, just bungled.
